2025 - Fall Flag Football

IMPORTANT DATES

June 17th, 2025, at 6:00 AM – Early Bird Registration Opens
July 19th, 2025, at 11:59 PM – Early Bird Registration Ends
August 8th, 2025, at 6:00 PM – Coach/Player Clinic & Uniform Fitting (OC Local)
August 11th at 11:59 PM – Fall Registration Closes
August 12th 2025 at 12:00 AM – Fall Waitlist Starts
September 5th, 2025 – League Starts
November 7th, 2025 – Playoffs
November 14th, 2025 – Championships

LEAGUE DETAILS

Season Breakout – Each season (fall/spring) will consist of (10) play dates.
The first (8) dates are regular season that will determine seeding for the post season.
The (9th) date will be the single elimination bracket.
The last play date will be the championship.

Roster Size – Teams for 6th grade and younger will be (8) players max, exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Team size for the 7th & 8th grade division will be (10) players max, exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Kindergarten – max number of players 8

Girls & Boys Teams Available in the following Divisions:

First & Second Grade – max number of players 8
Third & Fourth Grade – max number of players 8
Fifth & Sixth Grade – max number of players 8
Seventh & Eight Grade – max number of players 10

Team Building – This is a community building organization. There will be (2) types of teams; a Bring Your Own Team (BYOT) or a Single Participant Built Team (SPBT). The SPBT will consist of those families that cannot field a full team of 8 and are looking to make new friends.

Season Pricing Breakout:

Kindergarten $300.00
First & Second Grade $300.00
Third & Fourth Grade $300.00
Fifth & Sixth Grade $300.00
Seventh & Eight Grade $300.00

Note:

(1) Sibling Discount is $20.00 for each additional child.

(2) Waitlist teams or individuals may be placed in a division or on a team for an added $75.00 fee.

(3) Refund Policy will be 90% refund if requested by 11:59 PM on July 17th, 75% refund if requested by 11:59 PM on July 28th, 60% refund if requested by 11:59 PM on August 8th, there will be no refunds as of August 11th.

Registration Fees – Include a custom jersey, shorts and the use of team flags and balls. Additionally, the fee covers the cost for practice facilities, game nights and referees.

PRACTICES – Practices will come on a first come first serve basis. Field options will be provided where lights will be available as the days get shorter. Schedule may be subject to change.

GAMES – Game times will vary based on any given week. Practice fields will be made available prior to game time. Practice fields will be shared with the other teams playing that night.
